The artwork is designed using two different tones of embroidery thread but appears to be composed of multiple colors due to the play of light. By embroidering stitches opposite each other, a relief in light and color is created. Gradually reducing the threads makes the artwork fade into the background, giving the impression that the artwork is constructed from the suspended threads.
